Your job contract

CANDIDATE RECRUITMENT SERVICES CONTRACT
This contract is binding between Acetios Consulting and the candidate.
I. Candidate Information (ANNEXURE – A)

  • Employment Scope: Employment services are provided for full-time, part-time, contractual, internships, freelance, and temporary jobs only.
  • Job Guarantee: Acetios Consulting does not guarantee any jobs.
  • Upfront Fees: There are no upfront fees or charges for employment services before placement, except for enrollment in our skill courses or any other courses.
  • Service Fee: Upon successful employment, the service fee will be 50% of the candidate’s second month’s salary. This fee is payable in full or via EMI within 60 days of job joining.
  • Payment Mode: All payments after securing a job must be made to Acetios Consulting only via anywheregk.in/pay-your-all-fees or at our authorized office.
  • Unauthorized Fees: If you are asked to pay unauthorized fees for employment, please contact studentinfo@anywheregk.in.
    III. Terms & Conditions for Employment Services
  • Candidate Qualifications: Job candidates must meet specific qualifications, experience, or expertise in the relevant field for employment.
  • Registration: Candidates must register at Anywheregk.in/staffing-hr and submit valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID).
  • Benefits (on payment): Benefits include job support, skill course offers, webinars, cashback, and references. For all paid candidates (upfront and after getting any jobs by us), benefits also include lifetime job support, free career guidance, reference checks, access to multiple job listings, and discounted courses & certificates.
  • Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: All parties must maintain confidentiality regarding business information, strategies, and customer data during and after the term of the agreement.
  • Penalties:
  • A penalty of ₹10,000 plus legal action under Indian law will be taken for non-payment of dues to anywheregk.in (or its allied business) for our services fees.
  • Legal action will be taken by Acetios Consulting for false claims or non-payment.
  • Any recording shared in public, abusive behavior, or criminal activity will lead to immediate cancellation.
  • Agreement: By registering, candidates agree to all terms.
